Paper policy: v2.3.0 keeps rules-2.1.1-a unchanged. New v2.3.0 Shadow selections are eligible for a forward-only paper portfolio. Hunter and Monkey receive the same $100 notional, maximum two concurrent positions per actor, and the same fixed 1-hour exit policy. The conservative cost model includes Pump.fun 1.25% + PumpPortal Local 0.5% per side, configurable slippage, and network cost. We do not infer intrabar stops or take-profits from sparse snapshots.
